We upgraded a robotic station for automatic unloading and packing of engines by adding a Cognex vision system. The station now handles new types of collective boxes and checks by itself that every package has been correctly prepared and filled. The project also included an insert pressing module, a universal set-down area for NOK parts and changes to the robot and PLC programs.
The unit has been designed for central supply of production machinery with liquids delivered in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC).
Laser marking is the most efficient method for product marking. We offer free-standing marking machines as well as machines that are integrated with handling systems. We integrate marking machines of all renown brands. During integration processes we pay special attention to safety issues .
The machine is used to heat fuel lines, strip their insulation and cut them.
The front-end module loading station is a rack transport system: it handles special transport pallets (racks) that receive finished front-end modules of passenger cars. We designed and built the system for an automotive plant producing modules for two passenger car models.
Automatic machine with manual loading. Designed for automatic assembly of connectors. The machine is equipped with a rotary table, vibrating feeder for O-rings and vision control system.
The stand is used for the purposes of inspection of quality of armrests in respect of correctness of: material, colour, angle and time of flaps being open.
We also check the depth and the force of pressure exerted on the button necessary to open the flaps.
A part conforming to the model gets a label with a QR code.
Bulk granule dispenser system. Dosing position driven by Siemens servo motors in three axes. The volume of dispenser's filling chute controlled by the weighing system. Flux fed by a vibrating feeder.
Precision fuel line leak testing station. Testing is carried out using equipment from the market leader in leak testing – the ATEQ tester. The station can inspect additional fuel line fittings, as well as read or print barcode and DataMatrix labels.
The main purpose of the machine is to test fuel hoses for leaks and flow.
The SM Blend mixing station is designed to prepare polyols in accordance with the required formula (reference).
