A single-station machine designed to check the degree of spheroidization in cast iron castings.

The machine is used to control the presence and correctness of through bores and threaded holes in starter bases.

The test is carried out using mobile activators and Keyence color sensors. The machine is integrated with an automatically operating detail feeder.

The machine is designed for the precise dispensing of a specified dose of oil into car shock absorbers.

It is suitable for shock absorbers with an outer tube diameter of 38–62 mm and a length of 170–800 mm. The oil dispensing volume range is 20–800 ml.

Starlock type ring clamping station with the use of two servo presses and with control of the bending force of the armrest.

Deviation from the reference geometry is measured using laser sensors and corrected by controlled bending of the part with an electric servo press. The process is repeated several times until the error falls within the specified tolerance range.

The task of the machine tool is to control the stretching of shock absorbers with a maximum stroke 500mm. The tested shock absorbers have  different  strokes and the type of fastening on their both  ends.

The machine is designed for bundling plastic (PA) tubes.

Portable and stationary mixers for IBC containers. Mixers are available with an electric or pneumatic motor.

A robotic machine performing operations on the moulding line for cast iron components. At the heart of the machine is a Comau robot, which retrieves moulds from magazines periodically replenished by the operator—supervised by a Siemens Safety Integrated PLC—and a tool for compacting the moulding sand from a dedicated magazine.

This machine assembly is used for the automatic washing of stainless steel tubes. The robot and feeder enable the automation of this process.
