Using advanced ultrasonic waves, our machines accurately identify the material structure in a fraction of a second. We precisely verify whether the carbon has precipitated in the form of the desired nodules (ductile iron) or flakes (grey cast iron).
To ensure the highest level of reliability, we rely on technology from global leaders in non-destructive testing (NDT). Our machines are equipped with certified flaw detectors from brands such as Gilardoni, Olympus and SIUI.
Flexibility and Measurement Accuracy
- Scalability: Depending on the part geometry and quality requirements, measurements can be carried out at a single point or simultaneously at multiple points using advanced multi-channel flaw detectors.
- Perfect coupling: To ensure the highest reading quality, we completely eliminate air bubbles at the contact point between the probe and the part. For this purpose, we use automated systems for applying specialist gel or oil, ensuring the stability of every measurement.
