MACHINE DEDICATED FOR DIMENSION MEASURING AND USG TESTING OF IRON CASTINGS - 8 CHANELS

This machine is dedicated for USG testing of iron castings (spheroidization control).

Measure proces is made by eight chanel USG measurin device.
USG probes are covered by oil in every cycle, which prevents the formation of voids
space at the detail-probe interface.
The device is equipped with a replaceable tool dedicated to different references. In addition, the machine controls the dimensions of the casting by Gefran sensors and laser sensor Keyence IX series device.

After taking the measurements, the part is marked and automatically unloaded.
