Transporters

Belt conveyors are designed to move various items within a workplace, thereby streamlining production and transport processes.

Manufacturing

Teknomatik specialises in the design and manufacture of belt conveyors. These products are custom-made to meet specific customer requirements.

A team of designers is responsible for selecting the appropriate solution and the mechanical design. The conveyor concept is always discussed and confirmed with the client.

Selected projects

STANDARD CONVEYORS

Simple belt conveyors operating in a single line, with low requirements regarding the weight of the conveyed product and operating conditions. They are usually constructed from modular aluminium structural profiles and fitted with a PVC conveyor belt.

Project 21206 – Belt conveyor for transporting starters to the inspection station

LARGE-SCALE CONVEYORS

Large-scale conveyors are frequently used in foundries and steelworks. Due to specific operational requirements, their frames are made from welded steel profiles, and the components are resistant to dust and high temperatures.

Project 23025 – Belt conveyor for transporting cast iron castings (brake calipers)

INCLINE CONVEYORS

Incline conveyors are designed to lift components to a certain height. They usually operate in several sections – one or two sections running parallel to the ground and an incline section with an angle of up to 45°. These conveyors are equipped with additional guide rollers at the conveyor bends (with tension adjustment capability) and a belt with cleats.

Project 23044.B – Inclined belt conveyor for transporting cut ingots to a waste container

SPECIAL DESIGNS

Special designs are unique constructions tailored to highly non-standard customer requirements. Such conveyors feature a significantly different design compared to standard models. They are often equipped with additional functionalities and associated equipment.

Benefits for the customer/user

  • improved transport of parts within the conveyor’s operating area;
  • ease of maintenance and replacement of parts;
  • a design that is safe and ergonomic for the operator.
