An automated system for dosing and mixing powdered and liquid ingredients is a solution designed for companies that expect precision, repeatability, and full control over the production process. The system enables automatic raw material intake, safe step-by-step operator guidance throughout the recipe process, as well as efficient mixing and control of the finished product parameters.

Compact IBC Stations

These stations are designed for use with IBC containers and are equipped with pumps, filters and automatic valves. Their primary function is to transfer liquid to the plant installation and receive the medium back from the system, depending on the process requirements. The system can operate in either automatic or manual mode.

 
                        

CHEMICAL STORAGE FACILITIES

The unit is designed for the storage of chemical substances and their transfer to plant industrial installations. The system is equipped with stationary storage tanks, the capacity, number and scope of equipment of which can be individually tailored to the client’s specific requirements. Depending on the application, the tanks can also be fitted with agitators and heating systems.

PEHD tanks can be equipped with an agitator, utility connections and a feed hopper. The standard tank capacity is 1.5 m³, although the equipment configuration can be adapted to the requirements of a specific application. Optionally, the tanks can also be fitted with level sensors, temperature sensors and other measuring devices, depending on the needs of the process.
