Our machines are capable of turning various kinds of parts: rings, shafts, sleeves, studs and other parts required by the client.  We turn both stainless steel and common structural steel.

CNC Milling

We do milling operations with conventional and numerically controlled milling machines.

We use our clients’ and our own materials and drawings to manufacture ready products.

Our milling capabilities:

• 500 x 600 x 500 mm;
• 300 x 1000 x 300 mm.

Apart from the mechanical processing, we also offer drilling, threading and MAG and TIG welding.

Cutting is a basic technique used to manufacture parts for devices or machines. It gives a product being machined a desired shape, size and surface layer properties as material is partially removed by a milling tool. There are many different kinds of machining available in Bielsko-Biała and all over the entire Silesia region.

In the chip-forming milling process, tools with adequate cutter shape and geometry are used to remove material in the form of chips.   A selected part of material is cut off by means of material removal processing.

The level of precision achieved by means of the milling method used in Silesia makes it possible to run a series production of the processed elements.  The cutting process can be fully automated, starting from the delivery of raw material and ending with the cutting, replacement of cutters and material machining process.
