Project Description

TEKNOMATIK EUROPE has received a grant from the European Union for the project “Introduction of improved machining processes to gain new markets and diversify operations” under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 (Just Transition Fund).

The aim of the project is to enter new markets and diversify the company’s business profile. This objective will be achieved through the purchase of modern machinery, including machining centers and CNC lathes, as well as specialized CAM software. This purchase will significantly improve the machining services currently offered, enabling the Applicant to enter new markets, particularly the promising aerospace market.

The target group for the new services provided by the company will be entities in industries requiring highly precise machining, such as electric vehicle manufacturers and the aerospace industry.

Expanding the machining services offering will also contribute to the diversification of the business, which currently focuses on the design and construction of specialized machinery and equipment, primarily for automotive industry clients for the production of internal combustion engines.

The project will also contribute to the Applicant’s transition toward climate neutrality and sustainable development. As part of the project, the Applicant will acquire a photovoltaic installation, and the machining centers and CNC lathes will incorporate technical and technological solutions that contribute to reducing raw material consumption, preventing waste generation, more effective waste recycling, and limiting energy consumption in production processes. In this way, as part of the transformation process, the Applicant will implement the principles of the European Green Deal, organize the production process in accordance with the 6R principles, and undertake CSR activities aimed at promoting eco-friendly attitudes within the local community and among employees.
