24046 - Installation for mixing and pumping lacquer
The installation is used to collect various paints from IBC tanks, transport them to intermediate tanks with automated medium volume control, where they are mixed and then automatically pumped to daily tanks as needed.
Volume control in all tanks is based on a radar sensor. In addition, extreme vibration level sensors are used in the storage tank to switch off the agitator (MIN level) or the liquid supply (MAX level).
The volume of the contents in each tank can be checked on the HMI panel. Control buttons for basic functions are located on the side of the daily tanks.
Description of operation

- mixing the contents without the risk of foaming the liquid;
- automatic dosing to daily tanks according to demand;
- informing the operator when there is less than 300 l of paint left in the intermediate tank.
