§1. General
- Our Privacy Policy defines the principles of personal data protection and processing in connection with the User's use of the service www.teknomatik.eu .
- The User within the meaning of this Privacy Policy is a natural person submitting an inquiry or purchase order for services provided by Data Controller.

§2. Purpose of data processing by Data Controller
- User entrusts the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in order to use the service www.teknomatik.eu and handle her/his inquiry or purchase order submitted in the contact form, including sending to User the personalized information/commercial offer.
- Providing by the User of the www.teknomatik.eu service her/his contact telephone number means consent to telephone contact for the purposes indicated in §2. no. 1.
- Providing a contact e-mail address by the User means that she/he agrees to contact us by e-mail for the purposes indicated in §2. no. 1,
- The user's consent by providing contact details is voluntary, and failure to do so in some cases may prevent Data Controller from handling an inquiry or purchase order placed through the contact form.
- User's personal data may be made available to the following recipients: Data Controller's partners with whom Data Controller cooperates by combining products or services. In case of cooperation, some external contractors may also have access to the data, such as for example: an accounting office.
§3. Extent of data processing by Data Controller
- Personal data collected by Data Controller under this Privacy Policy includes all or some of the data listed below:
- User data:
- User's full name,
- User's contact phone number,
- User's e-mail address for contact,
- web address of the domain which the User wants to promote using Data Controller's services,
- User's IP addresses and other provided through the contact form. - The extent of user data processing referred to in §3 no. 1. also includes making backups.
- The www.teknomatik.eu website has an automatic system that allows you to monitor your behaviour and adjust the content to your interests. This system is integrated with www.teknomatik.eu, any user may object at any time.
- The administrator of the www.teknomatik.eu website uses cookies in order to ensure proper operation of the website, in particular to adjust the content of www.teknomatik.eu websites to the User's preferences and optimise the use of the website. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the user's device (such as: type and type of device on which the user uses the service, resolution of the device screen, user country/location from which the input comes) and thus to display a customized website accordingly.

- Administrator (Data Controller) shall submit a set of Users' personal data for registration to the extent and under the conditions required by the GDPR or other applicable regulations.
§4. User (Data Subject) rights
- You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify your personal data,
- erase your personal data,
- restrict processing of your personal data,
- transfer your personal data,
- object to the processing of your personal data. - To exercise the above rights, the User should send an e-mail to biuro@teknomatik.pl
- Data Controller shall comply to Data Subject's request immediately, however, the transfer and objection to the processing of the data may affect the possibility or extent of proper handling of the submitted inquiry or order, including providing him/her with personalized information or a commercial offer.
§5. Term of data processing by Data Controller
Administrator (Data Controller) of the www.teknomatik.eu service shall store your personal data no longer than it is necessary to handle the submitted inquiry or purchase order, including the preparation of a personalized commercial offer and allowing the Data Controller to perform its duties. After that time, your data shall be stored solely for the purpose of securing any claims by Data Controller. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
§6. Data Controller Obligations
Data Controller (DC) shall take measures to secure the processing of personal data in the extent specified in the Law, in particular:
- protect your data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being taken away by an unauthorized person, from changes to your data, or from damage or destruction of your data,
- allow only persons authorised by you to process your personal data,
- ensure control over the correctness of your personal data processing,
- keep a register of persons authorised to process your personal data, exercise due diligence to ensure that the persons authorised to process such data keep it secret, also after Data Controller finishes using of your data, without limitation, by informing them about the legal consequences of breaching the confidentiality of your personal data.
- keep the documentation required by law describing how the personal data entrusted by you are processed and provide technical and organizational measures to protect the processing of your1 data, including in particular: Data Processing Register, Personal Data Security Policy and IT System Management Manual for the Processing of Personal Data,
- ensure that devices, IT and telecommunication systems used to process users' personal data comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processed and the technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and systems.
