Complete process and industrial installations for liquid and bulk media — dosing, mixing, transfer, storage and CIP cleaning in one automated, repeatable system.
Process and industrial installations are complete systems that take a raw material through every stage of medium production — from receipt and storage, through transfer, precise dosing and mixing, to parameter control and release of the finished product. At Teknomatik we design, prefabricate and commission industrial installations and process installations as coherent, automated systems tailored to a specific recipe, capacity and plant.
Every project is treated individually. We select materials, pumps, agitators and automation to suit the properties of the medium — its viscosity, chemical aggressiveness and hygiene requirements. As a result, our installations for liquid and bulk media deliver consistent product quality, short changeover times and full control of the production process.
A typical line starts with receiving the raw material — from a tanker, an IBC container, a bag or a big bag. The medium is then stored and transferred to the preparation unit, where it is dosed (gravimetrically or volumetrically) and mixed until a homogeneous product is obtained. Parameters — mass, level, temperature, pressure — are measured and supervised by the control and instrumentation system, which runs each batch according to a stored recipe and records its course. Finally, the product is passed on to the next stage or to filling, and the installation is prepared for CIP cleaning.
