Quality issues? Incorrect part references? With the use of machine vision inspection systems, we provide effective and highly accurate product verification at every stage of the process. You supply the product, and we develop and implement the appropriate inspection tests. Our solutions enable the control of dimensions, shapes, surface defects, colours, and even material texture. We carry out modernisation of control systems, including upgrades with additional sensors, measurement systems and actuators. We also replace obsolete components with modern devices, ensuring operational continuity and enabling further development of the installation. Every modification is reflected in updated electrical and pneumatic schematics, so the technical documentation always remains fully consistent with the actual system configuration. At the client’s request, we also perform a CE assessment following the completed modifications.

We modernise outdated control systems by replacing them with advanced solutions that meet current industrial requirements. Following the upgrade, the machine can either retain its existing functionality or be adapted to new process requirements. The documentation package we provide includes a risk assessment and a CE declaration for the control system and, depending on the scope of the project, for the entire machine.

We manufacture control cabinets based on the client’s design or our own engineering documentation. We can also use customer-supplied materials during the assembly process.
