CONSTRUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT : IBC Tilters

The container is placed on a specially designed tilting platform which deflects under its weight during loading, ensuring that the container remains in a horizontal position. In the final stage of emptying, when less than 50 litres of liquid remain inside, springs lift one side of the container, allowing it to be almost completely drained. The spring travel has been carefully selected so as not to affect the convenience and safety of forklift handling.
