The car armrest assembly stand

Two electrical presses ensure the maximum quality of connecting process.

The operators have total discretion as regards the choice of the presses work programme.

The levels of connecting, force, speed, relaxations etc. may be set.

Thanks to the advanced measurement technology, it is possible to cut out material defects or assembly errors (e.g. absence of underlays) on the basis of pressing chart.

 Additional equipment of the pressing stand is the testing system for armrest lifting. An automatic rotating arm equipped with a force sensor controls the quality of the armrest mechanism.

 A part of the stand is a magazine of assembly components equipped with pick-to-light sensors. This solution helps the operator to maintain the correct assembly process.
