CONTROL SIGNALLING |
A Pick-to-Light system and a signal column have been installed on the machine. |
|
MEASUREMENT CHECK |
In accordance with the client’s strict guidelines, the torque had to be extremely precise; torque measurement is carried out via the screwdriver’s controller. We can also measure the screw-in depth using the screw-in angle and the screw-in distance. |

THE VERSATILITY OF THE DEVICE |
The workstation has been designed to work with interchangeable sockets (references). |
Benefits for the customer/user
- Part inspection helps eliminate operator errors and prevents the dispatch of a final product that does not comply with the specified reference;
- The ability to swap the socket for a different reference;
- The ability to retrieve the history of tightening values;
- Indication of the sequence and quantity of components retrieved;
- An integrated workpiece locking system in the event of an incorrect tightening result;
- Avoidance of costs associated with complaints.
