ROBOTIZED FUEL PIPE SWELLING MACHINE

The machine is designed for the automatic processing of fuel pipes.

The operator fills the feeder of the pipes to be swelled. Fanuc robot downloads
pipe from the feeder, then measures the length of the wire and makes corrections
position. Then the pipe is swelled and inspected by a vision system.
The finished pipe is unloaded by the robot.
The robot is mounted on a movable platform. The position of the platform is controlled.
